10 Tips and Tricks to Get Beautiful Feet at Home.



Foot lines, wrinkles, dryness, roughness, hardness and darkness everyone wants to get rid of those problems and wants to make their feet look’s perfect soft and clean. You have so many solutions in the world but not guaranteed which one is going to work well now you don’t need to worry about those expensive methods because you can get your perfect feet at home. All you need is some patience and time for start caring your feet.
This article will cover 10 really important, amazing and effective tips and tricks to get your soft and smooth feet fast at home so go ahead and give a try and another chance to your feet so they can turn to like a baby soft foot.

Tip #1. Massaging: works best to reduce stress by relaxing your feet really fast. Do massage your feet every night at-least for 10 minutes means 5 minutes each that would enough to give you extremely relaxing moment.

Tip #2. Exfoliating: is must for our hands, foot, face and our body because as simple reason that you all know it’s remove dead skin cells and let the body breath. Do exfoliation at-least once in a week because your feet absorb more dirt than other body parts.

Tip #3. Foot balm: works to moisturize your feet make them so soft and natural pink and gives your feet nice protection from sunburns. Foot balms that’s contain essential oils gives SPF protection which is the best reason to use them. Try to use homemade foot balm and use it daily on your feet before sleeping.

Tip #4. Foot soak: works best to relief pain of your feet so fast and amazingly. There are different method of foot soak according to the need and this is the best thing because you don’t need to do much working for that just take warm water put some Epsom salt and some essential oils in it and just dip your foot in it for 10-20 minutes.

Tip #5. Night treatment: work best for working persons who don’t get daytime to take care their feet. One of my favorite night treatment to get beautiful feet is coconut oil that’s contain more fat comparing with butter fats and works great to treat lots of skin problems. Just apply some coconut oil on your feet before sleeping and wear soaks on it and then go Zzz.

Tip #6. Day treatment: works best for those who are not able to apply anything on their feet at night. Here we have 2 methods that are working great on my feet and will definitely going to work great on your feet as well.
  •     Aloe Vera Gel: apply some Aloe Vera gel on your feet and leave it for at-least 10-15 minutes or until it get dry. Now wash it off using warm water.
  •     Almond oil: apply this oil on your feet while taking shower and then when you finish your shower routine just remove this oil by washing your feet with your body wash.
Tip #7. D I Y foot spa: you don’t need to do daily just once in a 15 days or month is enough for maintaining your foot health.

Step 1. Take a tub put warm water in it and now mix some Epsom salt, apple cider vinegar, Castor oil and rosemary oil in it.

Step 2. Dip your feet in this tub at-least for 20-25 minutes or more if you want.

Step 3. Now it’s time scrubbing and exfoliating all the dead skin cells. You can use your favorite foot scrub by massaging in circular motion on your feet at-least for 3-4 minutes each.

Step 4. Wash your feet with body wash and then remove cuticles by using cuticle remover. Cut your nails if needed and file them.

Step 5. Take a foot moisturizer or any essential oil and apply on your feet.

Step 6. Now wear soft soaks and it’s time to sleep.

Step 7. If, you don’t want to wear soaks and leave the moisturizer overnight then remove it after massaging by using soft cloth or towel.

    Tip #9. Wrinkly feet treatment: the best way to treat wrinkles is deep moisturizing so here I have a recipe of my favorite homemade foot moisturizer that’s work great to treat wrinkles. Apply this moisturizer by massaging your feet with it at-least for 5 minutes each foot daily.

    Ingredients:

     

    Beeswax                          half cup
    Aloe Vera gel                   half cup
    Castor oil                         3 tablespoons
    Coconut oil                      3 tablespoons
    Olive oil                           3 tablespoons

    Method to make:

     

    Step 1. Take a pan and put bees wax, coconut oil, Castor oil and olive oil in it.

    Step 2. Now heat it until the beeswax get melt.

    Step 3. Mix them properly and let it get cool down not properly but only 60%.

    Step 4. Now put Aloe Vera gel in it and blend this mixture properly until it get turn to creamy.

    Step 5. Store this in a small jar or container for later use.

    Tip #10. Never let your feet wet: always make your feet dry after having bath especially in between your toes with towel or soft cloth for avoiding the fungal infections that can harm your feet in extreme level.
